Fantastic Service all around. We met Dave a year or so before when he gave us a tour of Bella Vista. After the tour we knew he was going to be our agent. He was wonderful to work with and helped answer a multitude of questions for us. Crye-Leike also helped throughout the process with questions and staying ahead of the closing paperwork. Closing was super simple. We couldn't recommend a better agent (or person) than Dave, or a better real estate service than Crye-Leike

We asked Dave to come over to the house to discuss the state of the market for selling our home, as we felt we had missed a window to sell the prior year. We had also found a new build home that we were interested in. Dave had already completed (at no cost to us) a photo review of our home the prior year. Our discussion with Dave was promising and he felt that our home would sell quickly in the current market. Little did we know how quickly! Dave had a meeting that evening with the other associates of the firm. One of the other agents had a client who was looking for a home like ours and before we even had Dave under contract, or a listing, we had a full price offer on our home. The next day Dave had worked out offer details with the agent representing the builder of our new home (same zip code). We went from, ‘should we sell’, to ‘we need to start packing’, in less than a week. An issue came up in the Inspection that was unusual and caused a bit of friction with the Buyer, their Inspector and us. Dave and his fellow associate stepped up and were instrumental in keeping our deal alive. Absent their willingness to personally underwrite the repairs a perceived defect, the deal would not have moved forward. This commitment to achieving a successful outcome for all parties is what I sense will be missing in all of this discussion of the value of a Realtor in the transaction of buying /selling a home. It’s all well and good when things are going smoothly (does that ever happen?) but when there are challenges in the process who is going to be able to work through them without a professional who has the experience to see all sides and manage the emotions of the buyers and sellers, let alone step in and personally underwrite the cost of the mediated solution? We couldn’t be more pleased with Dave and his associate in bringing our dreams to reality! Thanks

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE DAVE ARMSTRONG! What a genuine, wonderful, knowledgeable, thoughtful person! We LOVED Dave from the first meeting. He showed us around the Bella Vista area, fully explained the region and amenities and answered all our questions and concerns at our first meeting. He is a great listener also, as he only showed us properties that were a great match for our needs in our price range. Dave was also in contact throughout the process- once he showed us the home we eventually purchased. Dave got us a great price and acted as our ambassador for our purchase with the builder. Dave held the builder to his word and helped us through a great closing- in record breaking time, (over the holidays)! He suggested a lender and gave us a list of preferred contacts/contractors in the area that we are using now. Our transition could not have been better. We sold our out-of-state home and purchased our new home in Bella Vista from Dave all at the same time. When we ran into a setback with mortgage company/bank, he stepped in to make sure all parties were aligned to complete the purchase. We cannot say enough good things about Dave Armstrong. We first met him Thanksgiving week, 2019, when we visited Bella Vista, Arkansas from California. At that time, we were only thinking about retiring in Arkansas, and Dave was nice enough to show us several homes for sale. Sometime in early 2020, we saw (from California) a home for sale in Bella Vista. We told Dave about it, and he very graciously showed us the house via FaceTime. We didn't actually retire until January 2021, but maintained phone/text contact with Dave throughout 2020. We were looking for a lakefront home and saw one online in Hot Springs Village. Dave knew a lot about that area since his parents had lived there for many years. We asked Dave to make an offer on the house for us, much preferring to keep him rather than switch to a more "local" realtor. So, we bought a fabulous lake home with Dave's help. He actually saw the house before we did. We were still in California when the home inspection was done, so Dave drove from Bella Vista to Hot Springs Village to be here for the home inspection. This is the second time we have worked with Dave Armstrong. The first time, he helped us find property on which to build a custom home. Initially, we looked for an existing home, but he quickly determined that what we were looking for was not available. Knowing we had a short time frame (we were visiting Bella Vista for one month), he quickly provided all the information we needed to identify available lots, clearly and patiently explained forms during the offer and closing processes and offered lots of encouragement along the way. His follow through was consistently excellent. In this most recent transaction, he helped us secure a lot to extend our property. After learning that a new investment firm had purchased a lot we had hoped to buy at some point in the near future, Dave was able to find another lot to offer them, so we could make an offer on the desired lot. He worked very quickly to help make this happen and we are so grateful for his help. That's what we call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
